Shipping Policy

1. Our meals are delivered via UPS and your order is packed in an insulated thermal box with ice to maintain a cold temperature upon arrival

 

2. All orders will be placed by Thursday 11:59 pm CST. Check the shipping schedule for confirmation and personal planning.

 

3. We ship out all orders on Monday and Tuesday with 2nd-day air. All orders arrive Wednesday and Thursday.

 

4. We will remain in communication with you via email as soon as your order ships. you will receive two emails before and after delivery. In most cases, we call you to ensure everything is delivered.

 

5. You can expect your order once you receive a mail from us that it has SHIPPED.
