Why am I paying shipping?

we go for high quality materials to ensure your food arrives in the best condition possible and this requires to pay for good products to help achieve the best quality. The shipping cost covers the shipping fees and also materials used to ship our products.
What size is the small

Its a 16oz size bowl that contains 1-2 servings
What size is the medium

It is the 32oz one liter bowl that contains 3-4 servings.

Do you cook with shellfish

Yes we do, in some of our soups.
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by third-party carrier (UPS), but this, of course, is out of our control. Products that are delivered late by UPS is not Maama’s African Kitchen's responsibility. Holidays or weather may delay delivery. Maama’s African Kitchen products are perishable and any shipping delays caused by a third-party carrier (UPS), we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. However, we will look into each case to see how we can ensure you are taken care of properly.
